Our spot prawns are wild-caught, fresh from the sea. They go from our fishing vessel directly into your hands.

Compared to most prawns, the spot prawn is much firmer and crisper in texture, sweeter in taste (especially when eaten raw) and has a clean, cold ocean taste that separates it from all the rest.

We are the product of multiple generations of fishermen, dating back to the pioneering days of the fishing industry both in Steveston and Wakayama, the location of Richmond’s sister city across the Pacific Ocean in Japan.
